DIGITAL 45 MIN LIVE GROUP FITNESS EXPERIENCE
You can expect a 12 Round, sweaty, boxing inspired, full-body workout with little/no equipment. In each class, we'll incorporate Boxing Technique/Drills, Cardio, Core and Strength training.
These classes are designed to challenge your body & lift your energy.
