ABOUT BRIAN
I’m a performance coach based in NYC, where I’ve spent more than a decade helping busy professionals build strength and athleticism so they can perform at a higher level both inside and outside the gym.
While building my career as a coach and entrepreneur, I’ve continued to challenge myself physically — competing as a professional boxer and pursuing endurance events like the Mount Everest marathon & Marathon Des Sables - a 155 mile self sufficient ultra marathon through the Sahara Desert.
Like many of the people I work with, I didn’t have unlimited time to train. I had to learn how to train efficiently and consistently while managing the demands of work and life.
Those experiences have shaped how I approach coaching today.
I help people build strength and athleticism in the gym so they can perform at a high level outside of it - in life.
